Media Information & Registration
Media are invited to attend the FTR Transportation Conference. FTR extends a complimentary registration to 1 contact per qualifying media outlets, those that are actively involved in covering freight transportation issues. FTR is planning several media events which will give the media one-on-one opportunities with FTR’s freight transportation experts, as well as the speakers and panelists who will be presenting during the conference. In order to attend the FTR Conference, you must request approval below prior to the conference. Limited spaces are available so please register early!

Q: What are the Media events at the conference?
A: Media are invited to attend all conference events as well as two special media events:
Meet and Greet with FTR ExpertsMedia are invited to meet with several of FTR’s freight transportation experts as they outline the key themes of the conference and answer media questions.
Speaker Reception & Media Meet and GreetMedia are invited to the Speaker Reception & Media Meet and Greet. Media will have access to all of the speakers and panelists in attendance.
Q: Will there be a media room that I can work from?
A: Yes, the Wabash room will be exclusively available for media use, equipped with outlets for charging phones and laptops. This will remain a quiet space away from events throughout the conference.
Q: Are any of the sessions restricted to media access?
A: Media can attend all sessions, however some speakers and sessions can not be quoted, photographed, or shared due to proprietary information being shown and discussed. FTR will provide details to media about what can and can’t be shared.
Q: Are there opportunities for trade agreements?
A: Yes, FTR partners with media via trade agreements to help sponsor the FTR Transportation Conference. Please contact Melissa Younger (email@example.com) for more details.
Q: Do I make my own hotel reservations?
A: Yes! We have rooms blocked at the official conference hotel the Crowne Plaza-Union Station and the Omni Severin. We sold out of hotel rooms last year, so be sure to make your reservation soon! Click here for further details.
