2020 FTR Golf Outing @ The Brickyard Crossing

Returning by popular demand for 2020 – the FTR Golf Outing! Join us for 18 holes at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course on Monday, September 14th. It’s the perfect time to improve your golf swing and your connections. Lunch will be provided starting at 11:00 AM EST. Shotgun start at 1 pm EST. Teams will be coordinated a few weeks before.

The Brickyard Crossing Golf Course features 4 holes inside the oval of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and 14 holes adjacent to the backstretch. As a Pete Dye designed course, it has been voted one of America’s top 100 public courses by Golf Digest and Golfweek and is one of only a few courses to host LPGA, PGA, and Champions Tour Events. This will be a truly unique experience!

Women in Transportation Meet & Greet

Tuesday 5:45 PM – 6:30 PM

FTR’s VP of Customer Relations, Helen Lile, will host an informal event for women, allowing attendees the chance to connect and engage with other female leaders in the transportation industry. This is a great way to start the conference!

Opening Reception – Sponsored by Trinity Rail

Tuesday 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Tuesday’s Opening Reception will be held at the Grand Hall Bar. Join fellow attendees for hearty appetizers and beverages. This is a fantastic way to end the first day of the conference and connect with speakers and attendees.

Morning Run/Walk – Indy Canal

Wednesday & Thursday at 6:00 AM

Start your day off right with a 3 or 5 mile run, or a 2 mile walk down the Indy canal.  A great time to enjoy the beauty of Indianapolis and engage with your colleagues. Participants also receive a complimentary running shirt.

Networking Industry Themed Lunch

Tuesday and Wednesday Lunch provides an opportunity for you to network with other attendees in a specific industry.  The room themes are Truck & Trailer Equipment, Rail Equipment, Trucking, Shippers, and Intermodal.

Networking Breaks

On Wednesday and Thursday, FTR offers two thirty-minute networking breaks between sessions. Fuel up on beverages and snacks, and gain access to the attendees you want to connect with. This is also a great time to follow up with 1 on 1 access to speakers.

FTR’s Dinner with the Stars

The star of the FTR show this year will be our Wednesday night event at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. Join us in an old hollywood setting for dinner, drinks, games, and time to network with guests.

At FTR we view our conference attendees as part of our extended FTR-Family. This primetime event is our way of saying thank you for joining us!
