Stephen Legge is a Damage Prevention Officer with Canadian National Railway (CN). He began his career with CN in 1989 in Mechanical as a Carman Apprentice. Since then, he has held various positions in Operations, Intermodal, Revenue Management, and Safety and Regulatory Affairs. In 2006, Stephen went back to University to obtain a degree in Occupational Health and Safety. Stephen also holds certificates in Occupational Heath and Safety Management, Environmental Management and is a Certified Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP). He has held and participated in numerous conferences and training sessions on Safe Loading Practices for both carload and intermodal commodities; represented CN on Regulatory matters; is CN’s Paper Representative and Railway Chair for the AAR/QLT for paper.
